BIG TUJUNGA CYN DEVELOPMENT SITE Posted 10/10/2007 12282 Big Tujunga Canyon Rd., Tujunga - Is a Vesting Tentative Tract and Vesting Zone Change with a Zoning Administrator's adjustment in the hillside area for 268 detached single family homes. Per the City as of today, file is on hold until the environmental is complete. Click here for 54 page document of application. The case numbers are: CPC 2007-4365-ZC-ZAA-ZAD, and ENV 2007-2986-EAF. Both came in a couple of weeks ago and has not yet been assigned to anyone at the City. This site is also in the San Gabriel/Verdugo Specific Plan and the Sunland ICO area.
