Ten years ago the Angeles National Golf Club was approved to develop an 18-hole golf course in the Tujunga Wash area of Sunland. The City approved the development based on Conditions and Mitigation measures in 1998. In 2005 additional conditions were imposed. It is now time to review the conditions as the ANGC moves forward to get their final Certificate of Occupancy.

The City has scheduled a public hearing for the purpose of reviewing the conditions. It will be held at the Marvin Braude Center in Van Nuys on Friday, February 13, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. Click here for a copy of the notice. You are encouraged to participate by sending in comments to the City and/or attending the public hearing. You can also participate by attending our STNC Land Use Committee meetings which are currently being held. The STNC may also submit comments as a result of the various meetings.
